Why repair not replace?

30th April 2021

Surfaces get damaged from time to time, it’s just one of those things. At SD we have a great team of cosmetic surface repairs technicians who work across the whole of the UK, and here’s how we can help you…

What is ‘Cosmetic Surface Repair’?

Cosmetic surface repair is all about fixing those chips, cracks, marks, scratches, or dents that appear on hard surfaces.

Because hard surfaces are often exposed, they’re the most common surfaces that get damaged and pick up wear and tear.

Our team are trained to repair a massive amount of surfaces (see here) from brick to glass to metal, and restore them back to their original condition.

Why repair instead of replace?

Repairing is hassle free, you don’t have to go through all the fuss of having to install new surfaces (and you don’t have to wait for the surfaces to be delivered!)

Repairing hard surfaces is also a much cheaper option. Why pay to replace an entire unit, worktop, or surface, when you can get in touch with us to repair a small part of it? We always quote you a fair price to ensure it’s cheaper to repair.

And think of the environment. By repairing a surface you’re essentially recycling and extending your surfaces life, ensuring less waste goes to landfill. Great!

Why choose the SD Team to repair your surfaces?

Our team work across the whole of the UK, and they’re trained to fix just about anything. Just a few of the most common surfaces our team can repair for you include glass, flooring, tile, brick, bathroom suites, marble and uPVC.

At SD, we pride ourselves on the quality of our staff and the service we provide. Every one of our technicians are CSCS registered with a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or Level 3, so you’ll always receive a high-quality service.
