The team at SD Sealants have been working on a very unique project this month – assisting in the development of the latest residential phase at Finzels Reach, Bristol.
SD tiling expert Andre Hunt and his team were asked to take on a very bespoke entrance lobby area for the luxury Cask Store development, in which the imported tiles were laser cut to create a unique look.
The Cask Store apartments have been built on the foundations of historic brewery buildings, and promise a collection of individually-designed apartments situated on Bristol’s Floating Harbour.
Bray and Slaughter have been undertaking the main construction and development work of the site, which will offer high specification, two bedroom apartments with underground parking, 24/7 estate management and security services.
The developer is hoping to give the flats a luxury feel, and SD Sealants have come aboard to give the entrance lobby a distinctive look, with David Hutton Interiors providing the finish to the building.
SD Sealants provided both cosmetics and tiling services, which have both kept up with an aggressive and difficult build program, while at all times delivering a quality service.
Though this might otherwise have been a lengthy, intense job, the project has made very swift progress thanks to the quick and efficient work of the SD team.
