The UK’s leading sealant company SD Sealants and Cosmetic Repairs has experienced a surge in job enquiries over the first few weeks of 2016, as people up and down the UK look to change job.
One of the busiest days was ‘Massive Monday’ – the first Monday of the New Year which sees record numbers of people take to the internet in search of a new job, or even a totally new career.
With spare time over Christmas to ponder their life choices, and the dread of going back to work in the New Year, people are ready to put their New Year’s resolutions in to action and make a job change.
Chepstow-based SD Sealants and Cosmetic Repairs has seen a huge increase in job applications over the past few ‘Massive Monday’s’ and experienced the same again this year.
SD Director Nick Jones said: “We are always on the lookout for talented men and women to join our ever expanding team, so we’re pleased to see an increase in people interested in joining SD.”
Positions are available for Cosmetic Repair Technicians, Mastic Applicators and Trainee Mastic Applicators.
With a network of offices across the UK, SD offers true national coverage by using a group of local sealant operatives to carry out specific projects.
SD regularly works with a wide variety of well-known construction companies including BAM, Balfour Beatty, Willmott Dixon, Mace, Sir Robert McAlpine and Morgan Sindall.
